COE Manufacturing Company of Ohio, U.S.A. dates back to 1852 as a sawmill machinery manufacturer.
To-day, COE is an independently owned, major international machinery provider to the Forest and Building Products, Particleboard, MDF, Agrifibre, OSB, LVL, Plywood, Rubber and Laminate Industries. COE incorporates Washington Iron Works, Pathex, Moore, Mann-Russell, D*tec and Coastal and operates four manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada with approximately 600 employees.
