Gisiger Technik of Messen, Switzerland, specialised in developing solutions for the utilisation of residual wood waste to allow economical manufacture of quality particleboard in older and in new plant. There are many installations of integrated Gisiger systems and individual Gisiger machines installed in Europe, North America, Japan and Australia proving their technology. Unfortunately Gisiger were placed in liquidation in January 2004, the casualty of involvement in a plant where the Gisiger technology was fine but peripheral concepts outside their control were not.
Existing Gisiger equipment will have no problem in continuing to function however, a new company, GT Zesor AG, has been formed by ex Gisiger personnel to supply replacement parts and wear parts for all Gisiger machines; Mills, Chippers, Disc Screens, Blenders and their ancillary equipment.
Be assured that Otterson, with GT Zesor AG, will give the same prompt action to all enquires and orders for Gisiger spares as you have received in the past.
